Time to register and or buy dog tags.

Registration begins January 1^st and ends March 1^st. 

You may pay online and email the necessary paperwork to the Clerk at city@fultonkansas.com. 

From the drop down menu in the payments chose dog tag payment, enter amount to be paid and please add your last name in the *Dog Tag Payment space.

All dogs within the city limits of Fulton are required to be tagged and registered. The price is the same as last year, $5 for each dog that is spayed/neutered, and $10 for each intact dog. The city clerk will need up to date spay/neuter records and rabi vaccine records. If you do not have the information on file with the clerk it is your responsiblity to provide the clerk the information needed. The clerk cannot issue tags without all of the information needed.

The city storm sirens are tested every month at 6:45pm before the council meeting.

Fulton, Kansas, a tiny town in northeast Bourbon County, was established in 1869. As of the 2020 census, its  population was 165.

Town founders included B. P. McDonald, O. Chanute, T. C. Myer, and C. A. Morris. The town was first called Osaga for the Little Osage River that runs north of the town.
